Secondary Research
The aging population is increasing with the number of empty-nest elderly and elderly people with chronic diseases. The national awareness of elderly care and the social demand for nursing homes is also in huge needs. I did research on the physical and mental health of the elderly and pension issues.
Obviously, home-based care is still the choice for most elderly people. The traditional pension model is facing many challenges. The social function of family pension is constantly weakening, and in line with the development trend, it is gradually transformed into professional pension services by employing dedicated personnel. The relationship and cooperation between the community and the elderly are increasingly important.
User Research
In order to explore needs and expectations for old-age care, and to help establish a new understanding of old-age care for the elderly and their families, I conducted a deeper investigation on the needs of the elderly group for the community.
Seniors don't mean just staying in the family scene. Combined with community help, the surrounding activity areas are integrated with relevant professional nursing support, and digitalization is used to further improve the quality of life of the elderly.
Rethinking the relationship between the elderly and the community, how to establish the connection between the two, build and promote online elderly care services, and improve the experience of home care for the elderly?
